We collect account details, business-profile information, saved opportunity activity, support messages, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Contract Radar receives subscription status and customer identifiers but does not store full card or bank-account numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide matching, maintain customer workspaces, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, communicate service information, and improve reliability.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Contract Radar, when you direct us to share it, or when legally required. Records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@usecontractradar.com. Some records may be retained where legally required.
