Service

Contract Radar provides independent opportunity-search, organization, and decision-support software. It is not affiliated with SAM.gov or any government agency and does not guarantee eligibility, bid acceptance, award, or revenue.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming every deadline, amendment, eligibility requirement, attachment, certification, price, and submission instruction against the official solicitation before acting.

Subscription

The founding plan includes a 14-day trial followed by the selected monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape protected areas, or use the product to violate procurement rules or law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contract Radar is not liable for missed opportunities, inaccurate source data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the prior three months.
